The Mobile Wash Company is based in Esko, so Carlton County is where we started and where a wash truck is closest at any hour. Cloquet's mills and the trucking that serves them, the Highway 33 and I-35 interchange yards, the contractors and aggregate pits along Highway 210, and the county and city fleets in Carlton and Cloquet are all on routes that start a few miles from the shop.
Mill traffic, log trucks and chip haulers
Cloquet's mill traffic is a particular kind of dirty: bark, chips, mud from the landings and winter brine from Highway 33. Log trucks and chip vans need hot water and the pressure to move packed bark off the bunks and frames, and most run weekly in season. Fleet washing.
Short notice is easier here
Because the trucks start and end their day in Esko, a one-off wash in Cloquet or Carlton before a sale, an inspection or a customer visit can often be done within a day or two. Routes in the county run every weekday and Saturday.
Towns on our Carlton County routes

Can we bring a unit to you instead?
No. There is no wash bay at the shop; everything we do is at the customer's yard. In Carlton County we are so close that it would not save you anything anyway.
